To provide the highest quality training for longevity in life and sport.

Fitness has always been a huge part of Robin’s life.  Growing up, she trained as an elite gymnast and into adulthood she made the natural transition into fitness to help keep herself healthy and strong.  She believes that no matter what your starting point is, everyone should be able to feel good in their body and live a healthy, active, pain free lifestyle.  It brings her great joy to be able to teach her clients how capable their bodies are and she loves being able to see their confidence grow with each session.

Every client is unique and Robin provides programs tailored to meet your specific needs and goals.  The foundation of her programs is built through proper form, posture and technique, and with a solid foundation, the sky is the limit!

When Robin is not at the gym, you can usually find her hanging out with her family, enjoying a variety of outdoor activities, or at the studio teaching dance.
