No two people move exactly the same way, have the same needs or the same goals, and your training program must reflect that. Robin builds all of her programs from the foundational needs of the client first. She is a foot function and body alignment specialist and works with all of her clients to be able to not only train pain free, but live that way as well. With her strategic building blocks in place, your goals are not only achievable, but you’ll feel better than ever as you journey down the road towards your best self.
